Chance to Advance 2003

I have done my best to collect the rules and practices for candidates in all
U.S. jurisdictions, and I have put them on a chart at

I would greatly appreciate it if each Brother reading this message would
look at that chart and let me know if the information I have listed for your
U.S. jurisdiction (and any others you know about) is accurate, or if I
should make any changes in my description to be more precise, accurate, and
up to date.

You may notice that I don’t have any information for Michigan and Alaska, so
I would especially appreciate it if Brethren from those jurisdictions could
let me know what their current rules and procedures are for candidate
advancement.
